Has anyone noticed a decrease in their appetite while on Sam-E?
I had to stop SJW because it was causing a rash type break out on my neck and have switched to Sam-E.
I am only taking 200 mg a day (and it seems to do the trick) but I notice I hardly have an appetite anymore. It's not necessarily a BAD things, ROFL, but wondering why it's been affected.

Anyone else notice this?

I've been taking SAM-e --400 mgs/2xday-- for approximately one week now and I have noticed a decrease in appetite, also.

I was quite skeptical about taking this product at first but decided it was either try this or go back to Prozac or another prescribed drug which I prefer not to do. I'm pleased to announce that I've had wonderful response to SAM-e !! Depression has abated quite abit; I'm not the weeping willow I was a week ago at least :)

I will keep posting; this is a very new experience with SAM-e.
