I have slight depression, lack of motivation and a little nervousness. Never took any meds.
Took 200mg of the Jarrow Sam-e for the first time today, in the morning. I felt an incredible lift - my head totally cleared out (thinking normal), mood/attitude somewhat the same, no nervousness, etc, etc. Fantastic!!!
However, seems as though it has warn off a little after about six hours. And also, would like my mood and motivation a little greater.
My question - Based on all of your experiences, should I start with 400mg in the morning, or break it up - one in morning, one in the afternoon?

I felt the lift too intially then not anymore. I've probably been using for about a week (200mg). It does nothing for anxiety though. When i first used it i seriously thought i had cured myself. If only it worked as good now as it did then.

hey, you probably already increased your dosage by now, but I heard your suppose to stay with a small dosage for a week and than increase if its working okay. Let me know how its workin.
