Sam-e made me feel stressed, or overstimulated. It works good for depression if not for that. I think i might try cycling it with tyrosine.

Me too. If you are suffering from any kind of nerves or anxiety SAM-E should deinitely be avoided because you will end up a furious mess of rage and frustration....but other than that I suppose it made me feel pretty good!
