I starting taking SJW (900 mg)at the beginning of the summer after going off Lexapro. It worked very well, but I was still feeting tired during the day. It was suggested by a relative that I take Sam-e to help. Several weeks ago I started taking 200 Sam-3 in the morning and it went well for about the first week. I then started getting a "cloudy" head again and have a hard time concentrating. Is this normal and does it indicate that I need to increase my dose of Sam-e? Or should I not take the SJW? Do they counteract each other? I'd appreciate any advice. I've had luck with SJW and the depression and don't really want to give it up, but I need something for my chronic fatigue! Thanks!

I'm doing the same, but haven't lasted a week yet. Maybe try taking sjw at night if you're not already. Also are you taking b12 and folic acid with the sam-e. You need that or it won't metabolise the sam-e (or something like that.)
