Hi,
Recently came off fluoxetine (prozac) with my doctor's guidance. Took my first dose of SJW today, I have taken it in the past but this was a few years back. Any advice as to what I can expect how long I can expect to wait for positive effect. I sleep very badly, can I expect SJW to help or make it worse ? Excellent forum and site by the way ! well done.

i had a break down before xmas one of many i suffer from gad and deppresion of and for years i dont like to take drugs but this time i needed some help so i tried sjw by bio health they are purefill took a few weeks but i am feeling alot better still have days when i am very tied .i drink lots of camomile tea to help me sleep daisychain
