Don't know if I'll get through - couldn't register last time. But here goes - Rescue Remedy is a general cure-all used in times of acute stress/emergency and is a combo of several Bach flower essences distilled in alcohol, administered in drop form (under the tongue) and is available in health stores in UK, probably all over the world. I used it on my son when he almost severed the tip of his finger at nursery (!) to calm him down, I give it to our puppy in warm milk every night (separation anxiety) and my friend gives it to her cat on Nov.5th, Guy Fawkes (bonfire) night due to the firework noises. It's supposed to comfort and reassure. Placebo, alcohol, flowers - whatever the reason for the calming effect it's good to have something to use in emergencies instead of panicking, and hey, we're probably all quite mad. There you go.

Thank you David. I hear it works also but I don't know much about it.
I am doing pretty good. I am still on SJW but have reduced my dosage and still doing OK. I am now on my second year. I read the posts here often. We have a lot of new folks and wish them all well. I always read your messages. Good luck.

Hi Donald:
I've never used it myself, but my I know that my mum has (I think I remember her saying that it was pretty good) - so it definitely exists!!
It's a small spray type bottle, and it must be available at least in the UK (where she is) try Boots, Holland and Barret etc. I'm sure you'll find some!
Also there are quite a few 'herbal remedy' distributors online if you search...some of them might stock it.
Cheers
PS. How are you doing by the way?!
