I started taking SJW 5 days ago...nothing happening yet. I was thinking about getting it with kava kava. I have a lot of anxiety especially during PMS(sorry guys). Will SJW make me more anxious? Does Kava Kava help? Barbara

I have been taking SJW with KAVA KAVA for a little over a week. I noticed a considerable difference right away from the KAVA KAVA. I suffer from constant anxiety. The KAVA has helped me a lot with it. I still have anxiety and anxiety attacks every once in a while but the KAVA definetly helps. I don't know if SJW helps with anxiety. From what I've read it is more for depression. Good luck.
