Hi there everyone, I have not been around the forum much recently (since late Jan. or early Feb.) as I had been feeling a fair amount better (although nowhere near back to normal!), but I seem to be relapsing. I am going to try and increase to 4 x Perika / day, but I have some physical feelings that seem to be getting much worse, and I was wondering if anybody can relate to them?
They are the dreaded brain fog, which I know most of you experience, but I am also having a lot of headaches across the front of my head. My eyes feel like they are going to pop out of my head from the pressure / headaches. They are constantly bloodshot and dry looking (they make me look like I'm stoned out of my head all of the time) and my vision seems to get all fuzzy or kinda double a lot of the time throughout the day (it comes and goes and I have had my eyes checked out). I also have a stiff neck much of the time (especially when I try and look down, but also side to side, and hardly at all when tilting back), and shortness of breath (especially when standing in certain positions or when trying to exercise). I also feel as though I have something in my throat when I swallow a lot of the time and my sinuses are stuffed up most of the time (especially at night).
I guess I am just hoping that others have or are experiencing the same types of symptoms. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have tried acupuncture (including electro) and I didn't find that it helped me at all, and I went for a full 10 times, so I gave it an honest effort. I know the person is good as my brother-in-law is a Chinese doctor and he recommended her. (He lives in another country, but used to live here and knows her).
I was wondering about having an allergic reaction to something as well, but I thought that it would be debilitating and acute, if that were the case. (although I feel pretty debilitated, I just thought it would be hives, constricted throat, etc.) Which I had (alergic to what - I don't know) for the first time in my 40 years immediately prior to my whole downward spiral 5 months ago.
Thanks for the input and any more ideas would be appreciated!

What u r experiencing my friend is anxiety, I can relate to you on everything you just mentioned. I tried sjw for three weeks and felt worse of course everyone reacts to things differently.
I strongly suggest you try accupunture ive only been twice, but its amazing what it can do, I felt the difference after two days, but as you know anxiety, needs alot of work cut out all caffine and sugar from your diet. If you sleep with a thick or polyester cover, change it to a thinner cotton or wool blanket, and you will feel a difference after four days trust me. Look for an accupunturist with alot of experience, try and find one that a friend has gone to, they should give you injections and herbal medicines, plud electro accupunture and so on not only accupunture on its own, The accupunturist injected me in my tonsles and the lump was gone. I strongly suggest it, if you smoke then smoke less, eat healthy alot of fruit and veggies white chicken fish, meat once a weak etc.... I hope this helps...
ps. If you start with accupunture a good doc will tell you to stop sjw so test that out , tell them that you are on sjw and see if they will tell you to stop it, not because it doesnt work it does for some. But a doc who cares and knows what hes doing will not let you go through two treatments at once.........

I agree. Especially things like the blocked sinuses and constricted throat -- sounds like the typical histamine reaction associated with allergies.
