Finally through a full month on SJW and now have a heavy lower backache that requires ibuprofen and heat. No injury or recent trauma. Anyone experience any back "aches" from SJW in side effects? or is this just coincidental. don't want to stop SJW as i do see a difference and hope it will get even better as finally found Kira which should arrive today.

That's a new one to me -- I suspect the backaches are purely coincidental, unless of course you've been doing an excessive number of jumping jacks (now that you feel happier) or something like that.

Hope it gets better... and good to hear that you have a heating pad, I think they work great.
