Yesterday I tried acu punture,
I had been taking sjw for 2 and half weeks, with no real results so the chienese doc told me to stop it all together. So i did my question was is it ok to stop sjw all at once. And also has anyone tried acu punture with positive results? And did it make you feel bad the first couple of days......

Yes, I have tried it for anxiety and after the first treatment my levels were elevated. After the 2nd treatment I was feeling better. I went for 10 more treatments and it really helped me. It relieved the lump in my throat feeling. I went three times a week for a month.
How have you felt after your first treatment and what are you going for? Anxiety or Depression?

Well I felt ok on and off but I cant say Ive seen a change yet but I have to give it more time, Im doing it mostly for anxiety and a little for depression. But I heard after the first time you have to give it two days, for any results to be apparent. he also gave me some pills to take for two days, did you get pills? But my accupunture was with electric waves. Was yours with electric waves?

They used Alpha-Stim SCS (Stress Control System) Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulator( www.alpha-stim.com ) which two probes are attached to the bottom of your ear lobes and sends a small electrical current that smooths out your brain waves. The first treatment made me a little nauseated which they say is normal. After that I felt really good afterwards. Also they used needles on my hands, arms, legs and top of my head to the meridians associated with anxiety. They stimulate those needles with a light laser. You will need to go to at least 10 sessions before you can make a judgement on whether it works or not. Stick with it.

Thank you for ur anwser but after the first sesson I can say I feel a big difference, the first to days I had symptoms as well but then I felt much better Im going to countnue the treatment.
