I am really not sure how to interpret my SJW dosage. Maybe David (Elmo) could help? Or maybe you? My ingredients say, SJW, aerial plants 1,000mg
Hypercium perforatum, 200mg powered extract 1:5
Standardized to Hypericin minimum 0.3% and hyperforin minimum 3%.
Are my pills 200mg? And how much is the standard dosgae recommended? Any comments would help thanks. Oh, does anyone know what side effects take place when you take too much SJW?

Yes, they are 200mg tablets. 4-5 tablets would give you the standard dose ; 2 per day would probably the minimum effective dose.
There's almost no such thing as an SJW overdose; the LD50 (lethal dose) is undefined. But as one SJW author wrote in her book, "The best dose for you is the minimum dose that gives you results."
