Hello all -
I suffer mild depression and major anxiety. Kava worked wonders for me but I got off it with the scare. Went straight to SJW, and have been taking it religiously for 5 weeks, 3 pills a day, with no effects except for an occasional mild rash.
The brand I am using is Canadian - called LIFE which is made by Vita Health products (1500 mg, 0.3% hypericin).
Anyone recommend anything? Should I go back to Kava, stick it out a little longer, find a new brand?
Thanks for any advice.

I should stick it out a little longer, but you might be interested in the thread a little lower on Kava, which contains links to articles about the kava scare...

Brtitish Columbia (Canada) just put out a ban on Kava, Ontario hasn't yet (where I live) so I bought the whole store out yesterday (3 bottles...)

I like Kava, but I was hoping the SJW would work out a little better for me.
