Hi! I have been taking SJW for almost 1 yr now. I have experimented on times of day when to take it. What works best is now I have been taking 4 capsules at breakfast(300mg) and 4 capsules at lunch. I have found that i can not tolerate any in late evening at bedtime - i found that i have had heart racing side effects. That did not surprise me because i can not tolerate even tylenol. I have experienced no other side effects. I found that i even continued tanning beds with no side effects. I have found that i can not take any less of a dosage for it doesnot have any effect on me. Has anyone else taken this dosage too. I have heard that SJW has a big impact on your liver and kidneys. Has anyone else heard that.

Hi,
I have been taking 3 in morning and 3 before bed (total 1800 mgs)for several years now and feel very well indeed ! I truly do not believe of negative side effect such as liver and kidneys etc.
I would not consider drinking any alcohol, by the way, if it were not for the recuperative effects of SJW.

I think I've read over 100 SJW articles in the last few months, and I've never once heard of liver or kidneys even mentioned! I would say there's no truth to that rumour.
Great to hear you have been tinkering around with your dose ... I think everyone should do that. What brand of SJW are you using? The dose you are on seems much higher than normal, but there's nothing really wrong with that.

600 mg a day or 2400 mg a day? You said you were taking 4 tablets in the morning and 4 in the afternoon? How much all together. I too have heard nothing about live or kidney damage with sjw.
