Hello everyone!
I have suffered with feelings of depression for a couple of years now, but nothinng serious enough to want to take the risk of going on perscription drugs. I have been on it for about 3 days now and find that I am having serious insomnia (I have never experienced this problem before). Also, when I am trying to sleep it feels like my body is tingly and weird...kind of like a nervous feeling. This hasn't been too big of a problem yet but if it continues...i think I will be exausted! Just wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences and whether or not it will go away???

Hi Saree,
Dont worry! for the first few weeks you may experience a little anxiety/tingly nervy type feelings, some people get a bit of a headache, some get a rapid heart beat and some get nothing! They are all signs that SJW is getting in to your system, having a look around and deciding how best to sort you out!
I still get a little Anxious/nervy tummy now and I am around 6-8 weeks in! I reckon its me though! Dotn worry - its normal. Always post though if you need any reassurance.
Take Care
Jex
