Hey all... The past two days I have started taking two pills at night for a total of four for the day. That is 1200mg total of SJW. Last night I had a couple of glasses of wine and this AM I woke up with my heart beating quite fast. I am feeling better mood wise, but think that I need to stick with 3 X 300mg instead. Any thoughts.

I upped to four tabs per day over the last two days. It didn't sit well with me last night - I began feeling very bothered in my stomache within the span of an hour or two until I took some pepto bismal. I'm sticking with 3. Some people take 4 pills, and I doubt it will kill you or do anything of that nature. Its common when upping a dosage of an anti depressant that one feels funny initially, so don't worry too much about it and keep us posted on improvements (if any) if you decide to try 4.

I am taking the equivalent of four a day and not having any probs so far :) It's still a far smaller dosage than a lot of people take .. I think you could safely double it and not have any ill effects (although obviously am not recommending this since you feel funny as it is:-P)
