Hey All, I switched from a Eckerds generic brand that I was on for three weeks to Enzymatic Therapy last week. The Enzymatic product has 300 mg at .3% hypercin and 4% hperforin verified by HPLC. I started by taking one pill in the AM, one at 1:00pm and then one at night. Last night I upped it to two pills at nihgt. I am 6'2" and 220lbs. I work out a lot and think that my size warrants this. Anyone have any comments?

I wish you good luck with it - I would however be wary of increasing the dosage any further....remember that SJW does normally take about 6 weeks to kick in and take full effect (and it is common for symptoms to worsen slightly before then). Remember that SJW will take effect on your brain rather than your body, and I imagine it achieves this partly through the nerves/spinal cord and with the bloodstream, so I'm not sure that body size would make a massive difference (although I'm not a doctor so don't quote me!!).
It's good that you work out regularly because this should help with the depression as well.
