Hi to all, iv'e not been on this sight since october,[ish]
for many reasons, life ,computer breakdown, christmas ect.
but i have missed it/you all,. i have been taking sjw for about a year now varying my dose from 900mg to 300mg to 600mg as i've needed it. When i look back to how i was feeling a year ago, i can't believe how different i feel now. nothing in my life has really changed i've just gotten a year older,[sob] but i feel so much better in myself, happier, more accepting of my world. and i believe that is all thanks to sjw.i just wanted to say stick with it, listen to your body, go with the flow!. and you will feel better. much love janivere..
