I have tried numeros a-d's over the yrs, last summer I tried st johns wort for the 1st time ever and it seemed to be the only thing that worked for me, unfortunatly due to maybe a combination of lifestyle i went back to where how i was before and the st johns seemed to have stopped working and i returned to using zoloft, the zoloft makes me feel kinda strange but generally keeps me anxiety attacks in check, so my ? is does st johns wort stop working after a while and can i switch back to st johns wort and get the same effect i did 1st time or is it that once it stops working it stops forever ?
