I was taking SJW for 6 months or so, Blackmores brand, and I found that it helped, but I was still having severe lows. (I was diagnosed with clinical depression).
Two months ago I switched to a brand called Elezac (I'm not sure if this is available outside Australia), and I've been doing much much better! While I think I'm still mildly depressed, this brand seems to have done wonders!

I'm really pleased you are finding new success with Elezac. I never thought that brands could make such a difference until I switched for a few days only to Biovea and had to go back to my old brand (cheap UK chemist brand) as the Biovea made me feel awful! It's amazing really. Anyway, it's great you are feeling much better.
