"My experience with SJW and Rhodiola" , Wed 9 Nov 14:01

Hello,

First of all english is not my native language so you will understand if my grammar and vocabulary is not as correct as it should be :-).
So here is a short comment about my experience with Rhodiola and SJW: I have been taken SWJ since April but not a very good brand, so I was hardly able to manage my depression. I have to say here that my depression is mostly expressed with very low energy feelings and a profound melancoly, going with generalized anxiety from time to time.

Three weeks ago I bought both, SJW from HBC Protocols and Rhodiola from http://www.anti-aging-guide.com/RhodiolaRosea.html . I am not pretty sure of combining both, but until now I've had a very good experience. I am still experimenting to find the best combination of both, but by now is very promising, at least for me.

On the one hand SJW makes a little happier and unworried (much more effective than the brand I was using until now with my depression, but a lot more), and if I take it all at one (the three pills) I remain a little stunned (uhmmmm not pretty sure about this word...:-o) whick I like from time to time.

On the other hand rhodiola gives me more energy and capacity to manage the stress, agitation, anxiety and so on (I would say that may be it increases my cognitive capacity some way to do it). But mainly this, I feel myself much more stronger to fight or to confront my anxiety without getting panic.I also want to try another Rhodiola brand, Nature's Plus, cheaper and because I've read very good comments here about it. I also would say that it is very important to find the right dosages for you. With this brand if I take only one pill of 50 mg three times a day (or when i feel i need it), everything ok. But if i try to take two at once (what its only 100 mg, not too much) i feel agitated and confused, and all the opposite to be fine. So if any of you feel agitated or so on, may be you only have to reduce your dosis, by cutting the pill for example.

Hope this help,
Regards.

As this topic is bassically about SJW, I will say a little more about my experience with it.

I am very impressed how much more powerfull this brand (hbc protocols) is respect to the one I have been taken since April, which only kept me afloat. I have been three weeks now with it. I think the effect is a little smaller than during the first week, but still very promissing. I am taken now one-two pills in the morning, and two-one in the evening, depending on how stressfull i expect to be during the day.

">>Seven types of Anxiety and Depression<<" , Sat 3 Dec 09:52

Hi,

I highly recommend you the book "Seven types of Anxiety and Depression" (something like that), by Dr Amen, where you will find the best natural supplement for your type of depression. For mine for example, here I discovered that the best for me was not SJW or Rhodiola but l-tyrosine and l-phenylalanine (aminoacids), and I have to say that I am now a different person (the one i was before) taking this.

This is a brief description of the natural supplements he recommends in his book (in the book talk about the best medicines & natural supplements for several types of anxiety/depression, what you prefer):

Really very recommended for anyone with depression,

Hope this help,
Regards from Spain.
