hi does any one know ne good stuff to stop spots they r driving me mad iam 21 shouldnt they be gone by now?

By "spots" do you mean acne? If so, the best stuff out there by far is Proactiv Solution, it consists of a 3 or 4 step program (with 3 different bottles and one tube of stuff) and it really works. There are lots of infomercials about it from famous actresses and other people, and it's a bit expensive but can be worth it.

it isnt acne i dont think just lots on my chin and in between my eyebrows, where do u get that stuff? i havent seen it in the uk.

Poor you, spots get you down! I never had them when I should have done, but since I was about 28, following chickenpox, I tend to get them occasionally, usually when I am stressed out. I have found taking 'primrose oil' really helps, and also try and drink warm water and lemon whenever possible.

I'm not sure about the UK as it's from the US and available in Canada... maybe search on Google for it?
