This is my first time trying this stuff, but i've heard good things about. I bought this brand: (Jamieson, Neurosome St. John's Wort) each tablet contains, 1,000mg.
Do I take just 1 a day or 2. Im not to sure. If someone can let me know, i just bought them today and i took 2 this morning, but i think i should only be taking 1.
Ive been going through anxiety and depression for 9 years now. I was on Paxil for 4 years and yes it helped but alot of side effects. I've been off of them for a year now , but with the stressful life i live i need something, and im really hoping this is it!
