I am living in Indonesia and suffer from moderate depression. Since reading a lot of reviews i think the Perika brand would work for me. My problem is finding a company which deliveres to Indonesia. I am very desperate, please help if you know something.

Hi Albi-
Do you live near a Watson's drug store? I don't know if they are in Indonesia, but they are in several other SE Asian countries. Watson's doesn't sell Perika, but they do sell a reputable (although expensive!) brand of SJW called Blackmores Hyperforte. Blackmores is a line of vitamins and supplements imported from Australia. Even if there is no Watson's drug store near you, if you live near a large city, another large drugstore chain may carry Blackmores Hyperforte. Although the product is called Hyperforte, if you look at the ingredients, it is simply St. John's Wort, at a regular 3-tablets-per-day dose. Anyway, hope that might help.

It's not in Asia...but vitacost.com sell Perika at $6.99 per box
