I have been on Amoryn for about 2 months and my depression is a lot better. My anxiety may have improved slightly, but not much. It took 5-6 weeks for it to start working and I increased my dose to 3 per day. I would definitely recommend trying it.

I've been using Amoryn for almost a year, and saw improvement with mild depression and slight improvement with anxiety. I haven't tried their other product yet. Having experienced severe panic attacks when I was in my twenties, I know how scary it can be. What saved me then was a book called "Hope and Help For Your Nerves" by Claire Weekes. It's still available at Amazon, and is definitely worth reading. There's also a site anxietycoach.com that offers good advice in its archives. If you can keep in mind that those awful sensations you feel are a direct result of adrenaline being released, then it becomes easier to wait it out. What prolongs/intensifies them is your "Oh no!" thoughts.
Good luck.
Pat

Hey Gina, I just read this after I replied to you in the questions section.
I would really advise you to see your doctor...if that's how you feel then maybe this is not exactly the right time to be trying natural supplements to see if they work or not, you will have plenty of time for that later once your condition is under control.
My advice would be go with whatever your doctor will prescribe you. There are powerful meds out there like MAOI's and your doc can prescribe you that.
I don't mean to discourage you ,Amoryn may very well work for you,but it sounds like you need some help fast. I'd go see my doctor if I were you.
Wish you the best.
Rob
