I've read that the Siberian (Russian) brands are best but other than that I've read conflicting info. I just looked at all of the choices on iHerb and I am totally confused as to which one to order. Has anyone out there had success with certain brands and not with others - or should I say more success with some brands than others? Please help!

I have had great luck with New Chapter 500 MG (one tablet) a day. I got it at "Whole Foods" in Chicago. It really works well for me. I started to feel better in about 5-6 days...and MUCH better in two weeks. I am at about one month now and actually remember how happiness feels again! I dont know why this stuff isnt better known!

Is the Rhodiola still working for you? I tried that Swedish brand for a few days but it didn't do much for me. I didn't feel energized - just a little calmer. After almost a week, I had a little bit of a headache with it and my thinking started getting so unclear. It was becoming more difficult to concentrate. I ended up going off of it but I'm wondering now if I didn't give it enough of a try. I wonder if those side effects would have gone away and then the energizing and antidepressant effects would have emerged. Anyone out there have a similar experience with this stuff?

The Rhodax brand worked very well for me,you may want to give it try.
