I'm having trouble getting the Perika tablets down because of their size and shape. I may have to cut them. I'm wondering if other brands such as Kira have better-shaped tablets.

Kira's tablets are actually larger than Perika's, but they're more rounded and coated in white with an exterior that tastes a bit like candy (seriously). Not sure if you'd be able to swallow those more easily or not. Most of the best brands seem to be in tablet form now, though you can get bands that are in capsules as well. Maybe you'll find the capsules easier to swallow? Sometimes drinking something thick (like a milkshake, if you happen to drink those regularly like I do) can make it easier to swallow. :)
