Hi I have started taking biocare st johns wort . Biocare is in UK on the pot it say sSt johns wort(hypericum perforatum)(providing the equivalent of 250mg st johns wort standardised to 0.3% hypericin. It says it is a high potency liquid extract.Biocare is a big laboratory in Birmingham they do have a website. I have been taking one in the morning after breakfast and one in the evening. I also take a patrick holford multi vitemin(higher nature),and an adrenal support supplement and 2 teaspoons of fish oil a day. Also ten drops of liquid b vitemins as meant to be good for nervous system. " weeks on sjw tmrow so have not noticed anything yet. Can please someone advise me should I take more or still give it longer which I will anyway but I mean before upping my dosage. has anyone tried this biocare brand you get 60 capsules in a pot for about £7.60
