I have been doing alot of research as to what to do about my depression, but have not been able to make any clear decisions. My doctor put me on Celexa, but I am afraid of chemicals. This website and forum are exactly what I needed. Doctors seem to jump at the chance to prescribe, but don't give enough info on other ways. My mothers friends seem to love SJW, but I fear it's my Mom just saying it to keep me away from the chemicals. After reading things from people I don't even know, I feel better about my decision. I will start taking SJW today. Thank you all!
