I live in the UK and have just started taking Herb Essentials One a Day SJW - bought quite cheaply I must admit. I am slightly concerned as the dosage is 300mg (standardised to 900 mcg Total Dianthrones as Hypercin). Is one a day enough or should I be taking 3??? Sorry to sound a bit thick but just wanted to make sure!... I will await your flood of responses...

It's typical of many UK brands that the recommended dosage is a bit on the light side. Outside Britain 300mg tablets are usually marketed as three-a-day.
