I've been trying to find a cheaper brand of SJW in the UK for a while, as my student budget doesnt allow the ridiculously overpriced Kira tablets... finally found www.healthspan.gg , which looks extremely chep, though it does say its the right strngth according to the info on this site. Is this brand really as good/cheap as it seems?

It's the brand I've used for nearly two years and it works well for me. I take three a day after my evening meal. I have tried other brands with varying effects, so don't be put off by the low price. Their service is excellent too.

Looks ok, except like most UK suppliers they want you to take 1 tablet per day. They even say in red letters "Do not exceed the stated dose!"
Well, if you don't exceed the stated dose, you may get no benefit. Most of the successful clinical trials got people to take 3 standard tablets per day, and that is the dosage that the rest of the world uses too.
If you can get a positive result with 1 tablet, then great, but be prepared to go up to 3 and factor that into your budget.

Even taking three a day itll still be *much* cheaper than the Kira .. which i currently take 5 or 6/day of (has some effect, but not enough).
