Hi there! Jeanette, When you say 3-4 times a day, do you mean in 300 mg. capsules? Do you have an idea how much is to much? I took 2- 450 mgs this morning and 2 450 mgs this afternoon. Can you take to much of SJW?

Hi Grace, I wanted Jeanette to answer your reply like you requested but I did not want to wait because I think you're taking a bit much of SJW. When it says three to four tablets per day it's usually in 300mg doses per tablet, so that's 900mg to 1200mg per day. Usually for people starting SJW, it's suggested that you take 300mg to 900mg per day depending on what you feel comfortable with. When you take SJW with other things like 5-htp, Sam-E, SSRI's, etc. at high dosages then it becomes very dangerous. I suggest you stick with the dosage that I mentioned above. Keep us updated.
