Topic Title: Nature's Way Confusion

I've noticed while shopping for Nature's Way brand SJW in my
local health food stores that there seems to be two different
varieties of standardized SJW:
* Premium Extract, 90 Capsules
* Herbal Singles, 100/180 Capsules
Any ideas on which is the better product to take????

Go the Premium Extract. The Herbal Singles product is not a standardized extract but rather a whole herb product.
You should also consider Nature's Way Perika, which is their top-shelf SJW product (but it's more expensive again).

Thanks for the tips!!!!
I'll look into the NW Perika, although I may have to buy
that on-line since I don't recall seeing that product in
any of my local travels....
I'm still researching and considering the whole SJW approach
to treating mild/moderate depression....
