Has anyone tried taking it in liquid form? Recommend it or not? I assume it gets into your blood stream faster, but would like opinions before I try it. Thanx

I've read that SJW in tea form is of no effect. The article stated that SJW's active ingredient is compromised when used in tea form. However, I have read that SJW extract is more effective than tablets as long as it is standardized to 3%.

hi, I'm a big fan of hot tea (decaf of course) so I tried looking for information on SJW tea, from what I read so far it's seems that liquid SJW takes longer to get though your system than the tablets.
