I think Twinlab's time release is by far the best brand I've tried!! I've tried various (4 or 5) brands over the past 6 months and I feel very sure about this.. I even had a local vitamin shop order it special because I couldn't find it anywhere. It maybe the time release feature that makes the most difference.

That's great.

Just for the record, I think that the whole idea of "time-release SJW" is a crock. All SJW is time-release by its very nature.

Sustained release only makes sense for substances that have a short half-life in the body (e.g. a few hours). The effects of SJW are generally considered to endure longer than 24 hours, and this is supported anecdotally by the way most people can take their daily dose all at once.

Notice how there is no such thing as "Prozac SR" (sustained release)? Same reasoning.
