I've read most of the posts here any nobody mentioned Spring Valley. Thats the kind I have. It says 300mg per capsule and its standardized. I take it 3 times a day. This is my second day on it. I hope it works!

I had a very bad experience using Spring Valley brand, for about two months I felt good, but after my depression even worsened, and i had to seek help of a psychiatric. I had tried Natural Resource brand for a year and it works fine, recently I have started Kira (german brand).

The brand name is Nature's Resource. I usually buy them from Kroger or CVS, many times they are on sale (30% off or buy one get one free). Let me know how you feel. Please feel free to ask if you have any more questions.
