I have created a new forum for discussions relating to 5-HTP.

If there is enough interest is knowing about this natural antidepressant (and a viable alternative to St. John's Wort, from what I understand), then please let me know by posting a message in the General Discussion area and I will see what I can do to start reading up on it. Also if you have any info on 5-HTP and/or links to some good 5-HTP websites, please post them so that we can all check them out.

Also, you may have noticed a few cosmetic changes. I thought I would pretty things up a little bit with some flowers and little icons, in the hopes that it makes things appear that much more friendly when someone first visits the site.
