I'm taking 900mg of SJW a day (300mg three times a day), and I just started taking 5-htp. I'm a little confused on how much 5-htp I should be taking...I've read in some places that you should take 100mg three times a day, but the bottle says to only take 100mg once a day...Also, keep in mind, it makes me sleepy, so I only like to take it at night...so should I be taking 300mg all at once?? It just sounds like too much, especially when I'm combining it with SJW....

You could try 600 mg of sjw through the day in 2 divided doses and 300 mg of 5htp in the evening.
