i've been taking sjw 900mg/day for 7 weeks along with 100mg 5htp. i just read that a good dose for depression is 100-300 mg so i am wondering if i should try a higher dosage. i am doing pretty good but still have times of irratibility/being down. (this combo is not working quite as well as celexa but is much better than nothing at all and side effects are minimal). also i hear alot about tyrosine, but should i avoid that if i am easily agitated? thanks!
