I just purchased a new bottle of 5HTP and tried a cheaper brand. Now I am noticing that the Supplemental Facts say that it contains 50 mg of L-5 HTP. The brand is Doctor's Trust. The front label does say 5 HTP (Without the L). Is anyone familiar with this brand and is it the same as 5 HTP?

I don't thin there is a difference between 5htp and L-5htp.
