Omega-3 is an antioxidant that can be found in many different sources, from flax seed oil and hemp seed oil to special "Omega-3 eggs" from chickens that were fed a diet high in soy protein (incidentally, the technology & study on this was first done at the University of Alberta, where I went to school -- and now you can buy these eggs everywhere in Canada). Omega-3s are great for your body and the aging process. I take a flax seed oil supplement myself, but I don't know to what extent, if any, it helps with depression.
SJW and 5-HTP are natural remedies for depression, and you'd probably want to take one or the other but not both. Sounds like you've started SJW, why not stick with that unless it doesn't work for you? You can find more information on both of these throughout this forum.
