I bought some sam-e off ebay and forgot to check its expiry date. It expired at the end of january. Does anyone think it would be OK to take them?

Warren,

I gotta tell you... If it is expired, I wouldn't trust the company that sold it to you.. Is it a brand name? maybe you can call the company and ask them...... and perhaps file a complaint? :)
