Oh yeah and another thing.. you said your dosage was 400 mgs/2xday.. what does that mean?

800mgs a day or 400mgs every other day? plz clarify.

400mg/2xday usually means that they take 400mg twice daily, maybe once in the morning and once before dinner, both times on an EMPTY stomach as well as with vitamin B12 and B6 and folic acid.
