I need some advice.... I am taking 10 mg Paxil down to 5 and want to switch to Sam e dont want the horrible side effects with the withdrawl/ can I take both? and taper off Paxil Kathy

You should talk to your doctor. If he or she doesn't know you are coming off of Paxil you need to call him or her. If your doctor does, then they can instruct you. It is clique on here, but it is true that we are all different. Also, I'm pretty sure that known of us are your doctor! Anyway, best of luck with your decision!
