Hi,
My sam-e trial didn't start very well.
Start at 400mg X 2 + B1,B6,B12 complex.
For the first 3 hours i feel pretty alert, quite well. But after another hour i begin to feel dizzy, little nappy and so i remain for all the afternoon.
As i have never heard about dizzyness induced by Sam-e i suppose it could be induced by B complex (B12 is a quite particular supplement).
Anyone has an idea:
1) Could be caused by sam-e?
2) could be caused by B supplement?
3) a con-cause of the two above?
4) It is only my immagination, it is better that i see my doctor?
