I bought 2 bottles of Jamieson SJW, one is 200mg (aerial parts) and the other is 300mg (full spectrum). What is the difference between the two. The full spectrum one also contains Ginko, Rosemary and Lemon Balm and it says to only take 1 or 2 pills at bedtime, would it be safe to still take 3, one in the morning and 2 at night? But it's the difference between aerial and full spectrum that I don't understand.
