I am taking the three pills of SJW all at once, the bottle says you should take it 3x a day, does it matter?

My guess is that 3 pills is too much, for sure all at once.
The once i have they recommend 2 a day (425 mg/pill ).
I take one now during lunch.

It really doesn't matter. Some people take them all at once (like I used to do), other would take them three times a day.

I started taking SJW 12 days ago and had the same question as you, so I asked the sales associate at the health food store what she would recommend. She felt that spacing them out through-out the day (ie, before each meal) would be best as my system would be absorbing them continously, thus resulting in a stable mood through-out the day. Hope that helps!
