Topic Title: always feel better in the evening..

Hi - I am on week 5 of SJW. My results are mixed, mornings and early afternoons have begun to regularly suck, sadness, worry. Then in the evening, I always have improvement. This process has repeated itself everyday for awhile now. I realize I could do alot worse but I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this and did it resolve to feeling better throughout the day. I did 4 weeks on New Chapter Serofin but switched because it comes in 450mg pills. I wanted to do 3 X 300 so I switched to Natures Way Standardized SJW (not Perika). Any comments on anything in this post would be welcome. thanks!

When do you take your SJW? That could be influencing your energy.
I always feel better in late afternoon/evening. I've heard it can be a body chemistry thing that depressives are especially sensitive to. Haven't researched it much further than that...
I always consider myself to be past a certain "turning point" when I wake up cheerfull in the mornings. I sense that things must be getting better with my internal body chemistry.
Good luck! cheers

I have taking Perika 3 times a day since Christmas Day and I feel like a different person. My low level depression is gone, and I am excited once again about life. I still have a range of emotions, but not the ever-present feeling of sadness.
My only side effect was at the beginning a little sleeplessness (middle of the night awakening). Now, it's just the opposite, I sleep through the entire night.
I may cut back to 2 tablets a day. Any thoughts on this?
