Topic Title: New to this...any suggestions

First let me give you some history. I have battled with Panic/Anxiety before. I took Paxil on and off for a couple of years. I have taken Celexa briefly, Zoloft for a couple of years and have very briefly tried Effexor. I have not had a problem in several years. Lately, I think that I am suffering from mild depression. It's been hectic with my job and a pending surgery for my small son. I have been taking Nature's Resource Time Release for about 3 days. Last night I felt really bad anxiety and even during the day I feel a bit distanced from reality. Like I'm there and I know what's going on, but I'm not fully a part of it. Has anyone else felt this way? and will it go away? Do I need to do something I'm not already doing? Anyone have any advice?
Thanks in advance.

I have severe Social anxiety and shyness. I've been taking Clarocet since Feb 20th. I am feeling huge difference. I feel less anxious and shyness when around people. I started talking to people with confidence.
Please try this product. Earlier I was taking Perika SJW. It didn't help me much.

I haven't had any problems with anxiety for several years until now that I'm taking meds. The anxiety came back with all of the SSRI's and now with the SJW. Does anyone know if this is a temporary effect? I do think that the SJW is helping for depression some. I don't seem to cry for no reason as easily as before.
Thanks

Hey shyboy. I read your posts about clarocet and I looked it up. It seems like it could really help with my anxiety. I am thinking about trying it. Do you know where I might be able to get it from?

Thanks for the info. I'm glad it is working for you. I think I am going to try valerian first though. If it doesn't work, then I'll definately try clarocet.
