Hi, I recently started taking SJW. Ive noticed that Ive been having really vivid dreams, both good and bad dreams and I was wondering if that is because of the SJW? And if it is, is there anything that will help me sleep a bit deeper? Thank you! Kair

From what I've heard, this shall pass, but post it if it doesn't!

I also had vivid dreams sometime in the first two - three weeks, but it was only for two days. Then they went away. Hope that helps. Kim

The vivid dreams I had too in the beginning. Now day 11 and it seems I don't have them anymore. U can take Valerian to sleep better. I started taking it too. It makes u relax and u sleep deeper from it.

I too have been dreaming more since commencing SJW. I have been taking it for 3 months now and I have never dreamed so much in my whole life. They don't worry me too much but I seeem to wake up 2 or more times throughtout the night. But I certainly are in a better frame of mind since I've been on them, so I will continue with it.
