Hey guys, thanks for your replies, I have been taking 3 a day for 2 weeks now, but cannot honestly say that I feel any different, will keep on taking in hope anyway, have been sleeping for longer tho, so that is a plus.
Glad it is working for you luke, really don't know about cutting down your dose tho??? perhaps try and see what happens???
Gotta say that this site is great, felt really alone before reading that a hell of a lot of people feel the same!!! Thanks Kelly!!!!!!

I have taking Perika 3 times a day since Christmas Day and I feel like a different person. In about two weeks, my low level depression was gone, and I am excited once again about life. I still have a range of emotions, but not the ever-present feeling of sadness.
My only side effect was at the beginning a little sleeplessness (middle of the night awakening). Now, it's just the opposite, I sleep through the entire night.
I may cut back to 2 tablets a day. Any thoughts on this?

Hi,
I've been taking the SJW for only about 3 days myself, so I can't give a lot of advice, but so far there seem's to be some side effect related symptoms. I feel some better sometimes and others not so good. I am really trying to hang in there and keep taking the pills. This has been hard for me in the past with SSRI's. I quit taking them in the first week, because I convince myself they are not working or are making me worse. So far this hasn't been nearly as bad as those. Hang in there ! I'm trying to as well.
